average stay, with issues
small room fluctuating temperatures
the location is pretty good, close to Paddington station. it was useful for getting around.
I WAS SO annoyed with the room size. it was ridiculously small and cramped. the bathroom was in bad condition and the shower had fluctuating temperatures. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. it made showering very unpleasant.

the room was super clean after my request, and it felt really cozy. i was close to paddington station, it really helped! the staff were always ready with a smile and answers, and i felt totally welcome. i appreciate they kept my luggage safe after i checked out, allowing me to explore more.
The room i got initially was smaller than i expected. It was a bit tight for all my things.

cozy room hot shower
My twin room was cozy. The hotel had good coffee and tea making facilities. I did notice that the shower was wonderfully hot and refreshing. I found a shop nearby for forgotten essentials.
The staircase was somewhat narrow, a bit tricky to carry my luggage.

amazing location, super helpful staff!
short walk friendly staff early check-in
i loved how close the hotel was to paddington station! it was only a short walk. the staff were friendly and cute. they even let me check in a little earlier than the scheduled time, so helpful!
the room was more compact than i expected. getting ready without a dressing table was difficult, especially doing my hair and make-up. a small table would have helped.
Service
9/10
the staff was really friendly and always available to help. they were eager to assist with any questions or requests i had. their kindness made a big difference.
Rooms
8/10
the single room was clean and had everything i needed! it included a kettle, tea, coffee, towels, usb sockets, and an electric heater. it was perfect for my short stay.
Location
10/10
the hotel is in an excellent location, so near to paddington station! it made getting around the city super easy. the proximity to the underground and trains was fantastic.
Dining
8/10
though the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, plenty of places nearby do. this made grabbing a quick bite easy before heading out. it was very convenient.
